Production Blog: Editing the scene

 I continued editing my film during this week. One thing I noticed while editing the scenes was that they were to short. It didn't take much to notice that it the film wouldn't pass at least one minute. Knowing that my film needs to be 2 minutes, I will be scheduling to film again with my actors. I won't be redoing any scenes. Instead I will add on little things to each scene. After I do this, I will simply add the new clips into my project on my editing software. While I wait until the I get to film again, I am focusing on my title sequence. As of right now I only have an outline of what I plan to do for it. I want my actors names to go before mine, the director. I want to do this because I noticed it is a technique used in most films. Seeing this in many films inspired me to include it in my short film. I've been taking time to focus on this project every day for at least an hour. In two more blogs, I plan on cleaning up and finishing my film. If I put my mind to it, I believe I will have it done by this weekend. I hope that I don't run into anymore mistakes after today so that I can continue to move further into this project. So far I have been enjoying this project. Editing my project is very entertaining because of all the unique options you can choose for your film. After Thursday, which is going to hopefully be my last day of filming, I will be going deep into my editing. Then, I will be reviewing it by the following Saturday.

Planning Storyboard for my Louis Vuitton commercial

 First Scene- In the first scene of this commercial the actor will be standing far away from the camera. This will be giving a wide shot setting. This scene will be taking place at the pool during the afternoon so that the sun can be the main lighting for the commercial when it will be filmed outside. Second Scene- In the second scene of the commercial, the actor will be laying down on a chair that is set out by the pool. She will be holding a Louis Vuitton handbag across her stomach. The sun will be used to brighten the features of the handbag and how it is set. Third Scene- In the third scene, the clip from the first scene will be used again. This scene will finish display the clip from the first scene. It will be used so that the audience can review the outfit with the handbag in full view.
