Intro Blog

 Hi, I'm Emily Fleurinor. I am in the 10th grade. I decided to take Aice Media Studies because I knew it would be a interesting class to take. I am also taking this class because I want to be able to complete the amount of Cambridge classes that is required to receive a Cambridge diploma. I want to be able to work in the law field after I finish my years in college and law school. I want to either become an criminal defense attorney or a prosecutor. I am currently a flying l student and besides being in the Cambridge program I am also in the Pre-Law magnet program. I took criminal justice during my ninth grade year and I am now taking comprehensive law. I want to be able to take court procedures for my 11th grade year because I want to be able to experience the basics of what is being thought in each law class. At first I thought my dream college was Harvard University or Stanford but I discovered HBCU. My dream college is now Howard University which I found out was a black college that started of with only 21 students. I recently joined the dance team for my school this year (10th grade). I have been dancing with groups since the 2nd grade. I don't plan on getting serious with dance for now that I know of. Dancing is more of a sideline thing for me to be able to get more involved with the school. It also helps me learn how to prioritize time and how to adjust plans into my schedule. My favorite subject is math. Most people tend to hate this subject but I find it really easy and fun to solve the many equations. My least  favorite subject is science. When I say science I mean chemistry and physics. One subject I don't like but I am good at is English.

 During the making of my music video, I have learned so much about filming and editing. Before I started this project I did not know much about editing projects. I learnt how to embed my own audio in the project. I feel as if I was never introduced or told to do this project, I would have probably still have no clue how to complete that process. I also became more creative during the making of this project. I was limited to many things during this project. I did not have as many props as I thought I would. I also did not have many costumes for the music video. This forced me to start thinking creatively. In the end it all came together nicely. I also was forced to change half of my storyboard. Planning Storyboard for my Louis Vuitton commercial

 First Scene- In the first scene of this commercial the actor will be standing far away from the camera. This will be giving a wide shot setting. This scene will be taking place at the pool during the afternoon so that the sun can be the main lighting for the commercial when it will be filmed outside. Second Scene- In the second scene of the commercial, the actor will be laying down on a chair that is set out by the pool. She will be holding a Louis Vuitton handbag across her stomach. The sun will be used to brighten the features of the handbag and how it is set. Third Scene- In the third scene, the clip from the first scene will be used again. This scene will finish display the clip from the first scene. It will be used so that the audience can review the outfit with the handbag in full view.
